Meg Charbonnet shares her delicious recipes

Meg's Poppy Seed Dressing

1/4 onion, grated

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup salad oil

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1tsp yellow mustard

Poppy Seeds

Shake all together

Serve

 

Meg's Cheese Puffs

8 ounces of cream cheese

1 pound of bacon

4 oz can of mushrooms, chopped

1 cup of mayonnaise

3 green onions, chopped

1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

thin sliced bread

Combine all ingredients except bread

Mix well

Cut crust off bread and cut into triangles

Spread 1/2 tsp on each triangle

Bake at 350' for 15 minutes

These can be frozen before cooking.

Bake when ready to use.

Yields 3 dozen.
